Distribution Tee Piece 20mm x 8mm x 20m Pex/Al/Pex pipe conn

Description

A range of, fibreglass reinforced nylon, push fit fittings for use with the underfloor heating1 wall heating system.

These 8mm and 20mm fittings are used to connect the wall heating panels to the PEX/AL/PEX 20x2 distribution pipe that in turn is connected to the distribution manifold.  

These unique fittings for the wall heating system are specially designed be easy to assemble and disassemble with double hydraulic seal 'o'-rings (inside the pipe PEX/AL/PEX 20x2, outside the pipe PE-Xc 8x1) and internal pipe insert that eliminates the need for more traditional plastic pipe internal pipe stiffeners.

The mechanical seal is guaranteed by a stainless steel grip ring that grips the external pipe walls, this is positioned behind the 'o'-rings to prevent damaging the pipe surfaces. If necessary, the pipe can be disconnected and removed from the fitting using the patented bayonet grip system.
