Where can we deliver?
We can deliver right across the UK next working day with the exception of some remote areas in Scotland. We will also happily ship orders internationally, but please contact us to receive a shipping quote.
How quickly will I receive my goods?
For UK based customers we deliver the next working day on all underfloor heating kit orders received before 12 noon. For orders that are received after 12 noon we will do our upmost to ensure you receive them the very next working day, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee it. Products such as solar kits and insulation boards have varying delivery costs and timeframes, so please contact us if you would like more information on these products.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific time frame?
Yes, we can speak with the carriers to guarantee your delivery for a morning slot, but this carries a surcharge. Please contact us directly on 01302 727 182 should you wish to find out any additional cost to delivery or arrange this service.

Yes, all our orders will require a signature on delivery
Can I come and collect my order?
Absolutely, you can collect your order directly from our warehouse between 9 am – 4 pm (Monday – Thursday). Please remember to contact us in advance to ensure your goods are ready and available for pick up. The full address and map is available on our contact page.
